Recording Shoutcast

In XMMS, the Linux Winamp clone, you can record any Shoutcast station, or even make WAV files out of MP3s. This is fairly simply done.

Just go to the Preferences section, click on Audio I/O Options, and select DISK WRITER as your output plugin.

Remember: it'll be saved as a .wav file, so if you have little disk space, don' t record all day long!

Have fun!
