Keith Ballenger, Vice President
Adventist Home Care Services
Keith has been with the Adventist Home Care Division since 1988 and its Executive since 1997. He has a BS in Accounting and Masters in Health Care Administration, both from the University of Maryland. In his current role, Keith oversees the clinical and financial operations of the Medicare-certified, skilled home health agency, a private duty residential services agency, a private duty registry and a skilled nurse staffing agency. He also develops short and long term strategic plans for these companies. Keith is a Board member on MNCHA, the Maryland National Capital Homecare Association and currently chairs the Home Health Committee. When he's not working, Keith enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters.
Lynette Godhard, Director of Clinical Operations

Lynette has over 26 years experience in health care with 24 of those years in home health. She has been working in a management role for 19 years. Her management experience includes 9+ years as an agency Administrator and additional experience in agency operations. Lynette's focus for Adventist Home Health Services is to provide high quality services that are highly reliable across the spectrum of care. She also believes in a team approach to accomplish the best outcomes for patients and staff.
Greg Roof, Director of Finance

With over 20 years in healthcare finance, Greg brings the depth of experience needed to ensure financial success. In his healthcare career, he has worked in homecare, acute care and long-term care. Previous to joining Adventist Home Health, Greg guided two other homecare agencies and one acute care hospital to strong financial health. He also worked for KPMG as a healthcare consultant specializing in home care and long-term care. Greg is a Certified Public Accountant and received his BS Degree in Accounting from Bloomsburg University. Greg grew up in Harrisburg, PA area and also lived in Virginia. For fun, he enjoys tennis, cycling and home improvements. Greg is as good with hammer as he his with a spreadsheet. He lives with his wife and two children.
Venzil Browne, Director of Operations
Adventist Home Assistance and
Adventist Choice Nursing
Venzil has been with the home care division for 13 years, most of those as the Director Reimbursement. He was promoted in January of 2007 to the Director because of his outstanding abilities and his commitment to the agency
