Adventist Home Health provides physical therapy services designed to treat a wide range of patient needs and improve functional independence at home.

Our Services

• Home safety assessment and instructions
• Assessment and treatment of neuromuscular disorders
• Assessment and treatment of pain
• Instruction in therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfers and functional mobility
• Chest physical therapy
• Wheelchair seating and positioning assessment
• Caregiver education
• Modalities for pain control and/or neuromuscular re-education: Heat/ice, ultrasound, TENS (Transcutaneous Electric Nerve Stimulation), neuromuscular stimulator
• Assessment of and treatment with the following types of equipment: Assistive ambulation device, cervical and lumbar traction, intermittent pressure pump, prosthetic and orthotic devices, ADL adaptive equipment
• Assessment and treatment of pediatric patients
