| Gifts in Tribute & Honor |
| Gifts of Tribute honor a special occasion or the memory of a loved one. The Development Office will send a beautiful card in your name to the person or family you designate to notify them of your thoughtfulness and generosity. The card sent will not mention the amount of the donation. |

| Patient Assistance Fund |
| The Patient Assistance Fund provides financial assistance for medication, equipment or transportation for ARHM patients in need. |

| The Patient Equipment Fund helps to purchase equipment to be used within the Adventist Rehabilitation Hospital to assist our patients with their recovery. Contact the Development Office to review the ARHM “Wish List” or discuss other options. |

Additional Giving Opportunities
Planned Giving allows you to fulfill your own financial and charitable goals while ensuring that the work of the Adventist Rehabilitation Hospital of Maryland will continue into the future. Planned gifts include bequests through your will, gifts that provide income to you and others for life, gifts of life insurance, charitable lead trusts and gifts of retirement plans. These gifts can be made in cash, stock, bonds, personal property, life insurance and real estate. Please let us know if you have provided for the Adventist Rehabilitation Hospital in your will or estate so that we can welcome you into the Legacy Society.
