Shady Grove Adventist Hospital seeks volunteers, aged 15 and older, to help us carry out our number one commitment - to serve the community through physical, mental and spiritual healing.
In 2003, 922 volunteers worked a collective 65,001 hours in 54 departments within the Hospital and Support Center. At Shady Grove Adventist Hospital, we value the unique contributions that our volunteers make to our community. Our volunteers work in the gift shop, staff the information desk, visit patients, assist on the nursing units, and even proofread our publications. Our volunteers enhance the hospital’s ability to effectively meet the growing needs of our community.
