Shady Grove Adventist Hospital seeks volunteers, aged 15 and older, to help us achieve our vision of providing compassionate, patient-centered care for outpatients and complex inpatients that is second to none in quality and safety.

In 2007, 894 volunteers worked a collective 50,322 hours in 46 departments within the Hospital and Support Center. At Shady Grove Adventist Hospital, we value the unique contributions that our volunteers make to our community. Our volunteers work in the gift shop, staff the information desks, visit patients, assist on the nursing units, and assist with clerical duties in various offices. Our volunteers enhance the hospital’s ability to effectively meet the growing needs of our community.
