Dennis C. Friedman, M.D., F.A.C.C. is an interventional cardiologist and the medical director of Cardiac and Research Services at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital in Rockville, MD.

At Shady Grove, Dr. Friedman's responsibilities include medical direction, research and oversight of the cardiac catheterization laboratory, inpatient cardiac services and cardiac rehabilitation services.

Dr. Friedman is the attended Trinity College in Connecticut and obtained his medical degree at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He was an intern resident, and chief medical resident at George Washington University and a cardiology fellow at Georgetown University. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and Board Certified in Cardiology and Internal Medicine and Interventional Cardiology. Professional interests include invasive and interventional cardiology, cardiac rehabilitation, and preventive cardiac care.
