Want to take steps towards a healthier you?

Adventist HealthCare and Westfield Montgomery Mall have teamed up to promote healthy and active lifestyles in our community via our Adventist HealthCare Walking Club. People of all ages and fitness levels are welcome.

Where & When

The Walking Club meets every Tuesday in the food court at Westfield Montgomery Mall.

Free Health Screenings

Adventist HealthCare experts will provide free blood pressure screenings, other health screenings, as well as information on local health services and events.

Join the Club!

Register for free to become an Adventist HealthCare Walking Club member by visiting us Tuesday mornings from 8:00-9:30 a.m. at Westfield Montgomery Mall in the food court. Each registrant will receive a gift and special invitations to free health screenings and events.
