Screening Description Fee Registration
Vertical Auto Profile (VAP) An expanded cholesterol test that provides valuable information that can identify hidden heart disease risk above and beyond the Lipid Profile. It is an actual count, not just a calculation, and is emerging as the new standard of care for cholesterol risk assessment. $65 or $61 for seniors (55+) Registration and specific time appointment required.
Lipid Profile A blood test that includes total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides and cholesterol/HDL ratio. Twelve hours of fasting is recommended for the most accurate results. $35 or $31 for seniors (55+) Registration and specific time appointment required.
Homocysteine Homocysteine is a substance produced as the body digests protein. Excess levels can be associated with heart disease and stroke. It is an excellent marker for the status of a person's vascular fitness. $95 Registration and specific time appointment required.
High sensitivity C-Reactive Protein (HsCRP) High sensitivity C-Reactive Protein can be an indicator of risk for cardiovascular disease. It is a marker for assessing acute inflammation. In order to assess any cardiac correlation, please delay this test for two weeks after any inflammatory episodes. $45 Registration and specific time appointment required.
Blood Pressure Monitoring Blood pressure monitoring. Free Registration and specific time appointment required.
Glucose (Fasting Blood Sugar) A basic screening for diabetes. Twelve hours of fasting is recommended. $8 Registration and specific time appointment required.
