Wound Home Care Services

Adventist HealthCare Home Care Services clinicians are highly skilled in caring for and managing a large variety of wounds. Clinical oversight for our wound management is provided by a Certified Wound and Ostomy Nurse.

Program Goals

  • Increase patient independence and comfort with proper wound management
  • Increase patient and family knowledge of wound care, as well as the prevention of future wounds
  • Reduce the incidence of wound recurrence, wound complications and infection
  • Increase the healing rate and decrease the length of home care service

  • Skin breakdown due to incontinence
