Brent Reitz

President, Post-Acute Care, Diagnostics Services Lab and Imaging 

Brent Reitz was named President of Adventist HealthCare’s Post-Acute Care Services division, a combination of Rehabilitation, Home Care and Care Navigation service lines, in December of 2019. In 2025 he expanded his role to include the oversight of Adventist HealthCare Imaging and Capital Choice Pathology Laboratory (CCPLab) and Advanced Pathology Associates (APA). Mr. Reitz joined Adventist HealthCare in 2012 as President of Adventist HealthCare Rehabilitation. Previous to that he was Vice President of Pediatrics at Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network, based in Allentown, PA and prior to that, worked as a physical therapist and administrator. He has a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY and a Master’s in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ. Mr. Reitz is also a fellow of both the American College of Health Care Executives and the Malcom Baldrige Performance Excellence Program.

He has overseen efforts to improve patient outcomes by standardizing practices and emphasizing measurable, objective results, while also advancing initiatives to reduce avoidable utilization by identifying high- and moderate-risk patients. His work has focused on aligning resources across the continuum of care to keep communities healthier, while expanding and integrating services across inpatient, outpatient and home-based settings. In addition, he has played a key role in positioning the organization for long-term success by developing strategies that enhance operational performance, support growth and adapt to a rapidly changing healthcare environment.
