Brent Reitz
President, Post-Acute Services
Brent was named President of Adventist HealthCare’s Post-Acute Care Services division, a combination of Rehabilitation, Home Care and Care Navigation service lines, in December of 2019. Brent joined Adventist HealthCare in 2012 as President of Adventist HealthCare Rehabilitation. Previous to that he was Vice President of Pediatrics at Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network, based in Allentown, PA and prior to that, worked as a physical therapist and administrator. He has a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY and a Master’s in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ. Brent is also a fellow of both the American College of Health Care Executives and the Malcom Baldrige Performance Excellence Program.
Brent oversees Post-Acute Care strategy and collaborates on Population Health strategy and execution for Adventist HealthCare. In this role, he has led efforts around reducing Avoidable Utilization through identification of high and moderate-risk patients. In addition, his current work is focused on aligning health system resources across the continuum of care to keep community members healthy.
