Katie is a dynamic finance leader with a strong track record of using analytics to drive enterprise performance improvement and strategy.

A former executive at Bon Secours Mercy Health, Katie collaborated directly with the senior executive team on the coordination of strategic projects for the Atlantic Group ($3.3B Operating Revenues/ 19 hospitals) including operations improvement, mergers, divestitures, service line analytics and actionable projections. During this time, she covered critical senior finance transitions including interim CFO at Bon Secours Baltimore Health System ($120M Operating Revenues, 90 Beds) and CFO, Post Acute services ($100M Operating Revenues/ 13 agencies).

Katie most recently served as the Vice President of Strategic Analytics for the Maryland Hospital Association, leading the creation of insights to advance negotiations on behalf of Maryland’s 60+ hospitals and health systems.

Katie received her bachelor’s degree in accounting and information assurance from the University of Maryland, College Park. She is a board member of the Maryland chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, holds an active CPA license in Maryland and is a Health Care Financial Management Association fellow.
