Maureen Dymond

Vice President, Finance

Maureen became Vice-President of Finance at Adventist HealthCare in 2013 after serving as Director of Treasury Services since 2001. In her time at Adventist HealthCare, Maureen has been instrumental in securing financing for numerous capital projects, including White Oak Medical Center and two Patient Towers at Shady Grove Medical Center. In addition, her Finance teams have consistently ranked among the highest at the Corporate office with high employee engagement scores and low turnover.

Before joining Adventist HealthCare, she was Director of Treasury Services for General Health System in Baton Rouge, Louisiana (1996 – 2001), focusing on cash, debt and investment portfolio management. She served as an Audit Manager at KPMG in Louisiana (1993-1996) focusing on financial services clients. She also served as an Accounting Officer at PNC Bank (1990-1993) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania working on financial forecasting and special projects for the executive team. She began her career out of college in public accounting performing healthcare audits with Ernst & Young in Pittsburgh (1987- 1990).

Ms. Dymond received her B.S. in Accounting from Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, Indiana and is a Certified Public Accountant, currently inactive.

Since 2021, she has been a founding member of Champions for Children, a non-profit that is made up of a network of women who use their influence, experience, and relationships to raise awareness and funds to support children’s mental health needs. Ms. Dymond is currently serving as the Treasurer. In prior years, she has held various roles with state health care financial management groups.
