Mother's Helper Program Assists New Moms with Daily Tasks

Takoma Park, MD - A new service offered by Adventist Home Assistance provides new mothers with much-needed help in their homes.

The Mother's Helper service assists new moms with babysitting, meal preparation, light housekeeping and laundry. Adventist Home Assistance staff members who provide this service are bonded, insured, CPR certified, and trained in child development.

Adventist Home Assistance is currently offering the service in areas near Washington Adventist Hospital. Gift certificates for the Mother's Helper service are available in the gift shop on the first floor of Washington Adventist Hospital.

Adventist Home Assistance, a Maryland-licensed, private-duty nursing agency, has provided personal care and home assistance services in the Washington metropolitan area since 1983. Adventist Home Assistance is part of Adventist HealthCare.
