Lecture to Offer Strategies on Coping with Memory Loss

Silver Spring, MD  - Washington Adventist Hospital is offering a free lecture on Tuesday, May 11 for people who are concerned about memory loss. The lecture will take place from 11 a.m. until noon in the Long Branch Community Center, 8700 Piney Branch Road, Silver Spring.

"If you've been finding that you are a little more forgetful lately, this lecture will provide you with some helpful strategies," said Judy Lichty, Director of Prevention and Wellness for Washington Adventist Hospital.

Some memory loss occurs with age, as the brain processes information more slowly. Memory loss can be a sign of aging, or it can be a symptom of a more serious condition.

For more information and to register for this free lecture, call (301) 431-5708. Spanish translation is available.
