James G. Lee Promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Adventist HealthCare
Adventist HealthCare this morning announced the promotion of James G. Lee, FHFMA, CHE, to be Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Lee, who has served as Chief Financial Officer of Washington Adventist Hospital since November 2001, will assume his new role immediately and will oversee financial leadership for all of Adventist HealthCare.
“James is a talented leader with a proven track record, and I am pleased to be able to promote him from within the Adventist HealthCare family,” said William G. Robertson, President and Chief Executive Officer of Adventist HealthCare. “In his new position, James will be instrumental in improving Adventist HealthCare’s operational and financial performance in support of our mission of providing excellent health care through a ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.”
Said Mr. Lee: “I’m excited to be working with the strong leadership teams already in place across our organization, and I look forward to taking Adventist HealthCare to the next level of financial performance.”
Prior to joining Adventist HealthCare, Mr. Lee held management positions with several health care and consulting organizations, including Arthur Andersen, Queen’s Health Management, and Castle Medical Center. In addition to fifteen years’ experience in health care, Mr. Lee holds a Masters in Public Health as well as a Masters in Health Administration. Both degrees were earned at Loma Linda University.
