Flu Season Visitor Policy

To help prevent the spread of flu and to keep all in our community safe and flu-free, please adhere to our current visitor restrictions:

  • Visitors exhibiting flu-like symptoms, such as fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose and muscle aches, will not be allowed to enter the hospital or healthcare facility.
  • Children ages 12 and younger will not be allowed in any area of the hospital or facility except to visit family members in end-of-life circumstances. In these cases, the children may be asked to wear masks.
  • If you are a visitor who must be here and you have flu symptoms, you will be asked to wear a mask.

Please remember to further prevent the spread of flu by getting a flu vaccine, washing your hands often with soap and water or an alcohol-based hand sanitizer, coughing/sneezing into your sleeve or tissue, and avoiding touching your eyes, nose or mouth.

Thank you for your cooperation.
