
Learn to Cope in Healthy Ways
The Holiday Edition is a 3-week virtual support group designed to help adults manage stress, maintain emotional balance, and find moments of calm during the holiday season. While the holidays can bring warmth and connection, they can also surface pressure, expectations and emotional fatigue.
Through guided discussions and interactive activities, participants will explore common stressors and triggers, learn healthy boundary setting skills, and develop practical coping tools to support overall wellbeing. The group offers a safe and encouraging space to pause, reflect, and approach the season with greater peace, balance, and self-compassion because peace of mind shouldn’t be seasonal.
