This FREE in-person, interactive workshop will focus on practical skills to create a healthy, well-balanced diet.
Class Topics
A certified diabetes care and education specialist will demonstrate and guide participants on how to:
- Find nutrition content
- Measure portions
- Balance meals using tools such as food labels, phone apps and internet searches.
Class Format
This class is held in-person in Rockville and Silver Spring, MD. Class duration is two (2) hours and space is limited so please register early.
