Introduction Mindfulness

Learn to Cope in Healthy Ways

Experience the benefits of incorporating a mindfulness practice into your daily life. In a supportive group environment, learn and develop skills to reduce stress and manage anxiety. Each session in this six week series will introduce you to a new type of mindfulness skill and provide an opportunity to discuss your experiences. Join us to build your mindfulness toolkit and leave feeling more present and grounded. 

Workshop Topics

Topics discussed will include:

  • Learn about the benefits of mindfulness
  • Be guided through a variety of mindfulness practices
  • Experience mindfulness in session and discuss common challenges
  • Leave with tips to incorporate mindfulness practices into their daily life
