ZOOM CLASS: Childbirth & Baby Care

LIVE 4-Class Series with Clinical Instructors

Our Childbirth & Baby Care series, presented in four 3-hour sessions over multiple weeks, offers you a wealth of information about childbirth and an overview of our maternity services.

Your registration fee covers two people - you and your support person.

Childbirth & Baby Care provides consistent, research-based information on topics like:

When Should I Take this Course?

Participants should schedule to complete classes by 36 weeks gestational age (four weeks before your due date).

What to Bring

If you are attending an in-person class, we recommend bringing a floor mat/blanket and a pillow for your comfort.
