Join us for the Triumph Trek & Health Fair at Adventist HealthCare White Oak Medical Center on Sunday, Sept. 21 celebrating Adventist HealthCare Rehabilitation, Home Care Services and White Oak Medical Center.
The Triumph Trek honors individuals who have overcome serious injury or illness and the loved ones and caregivers who support them. Participants will walk celebratory laps on a beautiful lakeside path in recognition of all they have overcome.
The accompanying health fair is a family-friendly event featuring a bounce house, games & other kids’ activities, free vaccines and health screenings, wellness resources, live music and more!
