When Should I Take this Course?
Participants should schedule to complete classes by 36 weeks gestational age (four weeks before your due date).
Class Format
To help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and keep our patients, caregivers and community healthy, this class is virtual. Classes are live, held online via Zoom with one of our clinical instructors. Feel free to have a birthing partner join you.
