Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is perfect for patients and caregivers. In this class, we do easy stretches and poses while sitting on a chair or using it for support. It’s a great way to relax, reduce stress, improve mood, improve strength and increase flexibility without putting too much strain on the body. Join us to feel better and stay active in a safe, comfortable way! Feel free to bring a friend or caretaker with you!
