Our “Let’s Talk Blood Pressure” series is an interactive 4-part workshop that focuses on simple strategies for managing your blood pressure. Select the sessions that are of interest to you or sign up for them all!

This session will cover the links between weight, nutrition and blood pressure. Blood pressure often increases as your weight increases. Weight loss is one of the most effective lifestyle changes for controlling blood pressure. If you’re overweight or obese, losing even a small amount of weight can help reduce your blood pressure.
