Whole-food, Plant-Based Meal Ideas

Join us as our dietitian and executive chef share satisfying recipes for people with or recovering from cancer or diabetes. Experience first-hand how to prepare whole-food, plant-focused meals with leafy greens, fruits and vegetables that taste good, boost your nutrition and protect cells from future damage.

Participants may freely ask questions of both experts during this interactive class.
