Our “Let’s Talk Blood Pressure” series is an interactive 4-part workshop that focuses on simple strategies for managing your blood pressure. Select the sessions that are of interest to you or sign up for them all!
This session will cover the links between exercise and blood pressure. If you have elevated blood pressure, exercise can help you avoid developing high blood pressure. If you already have blood pressure, regular physical activity can bring your blood pressure down to safer levels. During this session we will review adaptable exercises you can do regardless of your physical ability and environment.
