To access both images and reports, Adventist HealthCare Imaging offers a provider portal through Change HealthCare LLC. Employed providers can utilize their log-in credentials to access inpatient and outpatient radiology at all of our facilities.

To gain access, non-employed referring providers can complete and submit the provided form via fax to 240-516-5187 or email it to AHCImagingBD@AdventistHealthCare.com.
