How to Apply
Your recruiter will ask you to apply online. Search for a job that interests you and follow the application instructions in the job posting. You may need to use your email address to sign up for a Workday account.
When you apply to a specific job, our team will consider you only for that position. After you submit your application, you won’t be able to apply to the same posting again or edit the submitted application.
After You Apply
You’ll receive a confirmation email when you submit your application. An HR representative will review your qualifications and may contact you.

Job Interview
Meet with a hiring group in person, by phone or online video conference to talk about your professional experiences and why you’d like to work at Adventist HealthCare. Feel comfortable asking us questions.
After your interview, an HR recruiter will contact you to guide you through next steps or notify you if you aren’t selected.
Job Offer
You’ll receive a verbal offer if our team decides you’re the best applicant for the job. Then, you’ll get a follow-up email confirming the details of the position and offer. You’ll visit our HR department to complete paperwork.
