The Nurse Residency Program at Adventist HealthCare uses a transformational and evidence based curriculum administered by Vizient and the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN)TM.

During the residency, you’ll experience:

Two (2) Cohorts Annually
- Winter Nurse Residency Program starting in March:
- Applications will be accepted September 15 – November 15
- Summer Nurse Residency Program starting in August:
- Applications will be accepted February 15 – April 15.
After you complete the yearlong Nurse Residency Program, you are required to work full-time for an additional year, for a total of 2 years.
