About Crystal Leach
Crystal Leach, MD, is a physiatrist at Adventist HealthCare Rehabilitation. Prior to joining Adventist HealthCare, she completed her internship at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center of New Orleans and residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Temple University Hospital.
Dr. Leach earned her medical degree at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center of New Orleans. Her clinical interests include general physiatry and she enjoys providing inpatient, outpatient and consult rehabilitation services. In her spare time, Dr. Leach enjoys photography, watching football and playing the violin.
