About Shahrad Shadman
Shahrad Shadman, MD, is a board-certified interventional cardiologist with Adventist HealthCare Cardiac Associates. Dr. Shadman is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered cardiovascular care, combining clear communication with the latest evidence-based treatments and advanced technologies to help patients achieve the best possible outcomes. He believes every patient deserves to be treated with the same level of care, respect and attention he would want for his own family and he values building lasting relationships founded on trust and shared decision-making.
Dr. Shadman earned his medical degree from Ross/Georgetown University School of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine residency from the University of Maryland CRMC, followed by fellowships in cardiovascular disease at Temple University SOM–St. Luke's University Health Network, advanced cardiovascular imaging at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and interventional cardiology at The George Washington University.
Outside of work, Dr. Shadman enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, hiking, skiing and following soccer. He is passionate about patient education, physician mentorship and staying at the forefront of advances in cardiovascular medicine.
