Back pain is one of the most common causes of disability worldwide. Half of all working Americans admit to having back pain symptoms. Recovery from most forms of back pain can be simple, but re-occurrence of injury is common for people with chronic back pain.

- When lifting heavy object, use your legs
Back pain is a multi-factorial condition, but it can be easily prevented if the proper steps are taken. If back pain is severe try not to rest for too long, instead try to stretch and relieve the pain through massage and low impact movement.
