½ cup of natural peanut butter

¾ cup of crispy rice cereal

1 teaspoon of pure maple syrup

½ cup of dark chocolate chips (melted)
Instructions

Combine peanut butter, cereal and maple syrup in a medium bowl.

Roll the mixture into 12 bites.

Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Place on the prepared baking sheet and freeze the bites for about 15 minutes.

Melt the chocolate and cover the bites in it.

Return to the freezer until the chocolate is set for about 15 minutes.
