
Grilled Peaches
Quick to prepare and full of flavor, these grilled peaches are perfect for adding a touch of summer sweetness to any gathering!

Easy to prepare and perfect for a sunny day, these grilled peaches are sure to be a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients
- 4 firm, ripe medium peaches, unpeeled, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of coarsely ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat a gas or charcoal grill to high, which is around 450-500°F.
- Halve the peaches and remove the pits.
- Lightly brush cut sides of peaches with 1/2 tablespoon oil and place them cut-side down on the preheated grill.
- Grill until grill marks appear on the cut sides, which is about 4 minutes. Then flip and grill until the peaches are beginning to soften but still hold their shape for around 2 to 3 more minutes.
- Transfer the peaches to a platter. Drizzle the warm peaches with the remaining 1 1/2 tablespoons oil.
- Sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper. If desired, drizzle with lemon juice and lemon and smoked paprika.
- Enjoy as a dessert or side dish!
