Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 3 cups of crushed oats
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 teaspoons of chopped pecans
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place the salmon onto a baking sheet and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine crushed oats, chopped pecans and olive oil. Mix well.
- Press mixture onto salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
