Oat-Crusted Pecan Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
  • 3 cups of crushed oats
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 teaspoons of chopped pecans
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place the salmon onto a baking sheet and add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Combine crushed oats, chopped pecans and olive oil. Mix well.
  4. Press mixture onto salmon.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
