Mango Peach Raspberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of frozen mango chunks
  • ¾ cup of nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup of reduced-fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • ¼ peach (sliced)
  • ⅓ cup of raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon of sliced almonds
  • 1 tablespoon of unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • Blueberries for garnish 

Instructions

  1. Add the mango, yogurt, milk and vanilla in a blender. Puree until smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
  3. Top with peach slices, raspberries, almonds, coconut and chia seeds to taste.
  4. Add blueberries to garnish.
