Peanut Butter, Cranberry, and Walnut Apple Slices

Ingredients

  • 2 medium apples (cored and cut into 6 slices each)

  • 4 tablespoon creamy peanut butter

  • 3 tablespoon dried cranberries

  • 3 tablespoon chopped walnuts

  • 2 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Cut two apples into 12 slices and lay them on a flat surface. Spread each slice with 1 teaspoon of peanut butter.

  2. In a bowl, mix together the cranberries, walnuts and coconut flakes.

  3. Evenly sprinkle each apple with about 1 tablespoon of the cranberry, walnut and coconut mixture.
