Ingredients

2 medium apples (cored and cut into 6 slices each)

4 tablespoon creamy peanut butter

3 tablespoon dried cranberries

3 tablespoon chopped walnuts

2 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions

Cut two apples into 12 slices and lay them on a flat surface. Spread each slice with 1 teaspoon of peanut butter.

In a bowl, mix together the cranberries, walnuts and coconut flakes.

Evenly sprinkle each apple with about 1 tablespoon of the cranberry, walnut and coconut mixture.
