Looking for a sweet snack for these final hot days of summer?
Try these delicious raspberry yogurt ice bites, recommend by Patricia Hertz, RD, LDN, a registered dietitian with the Center for Fitness and Health at Adventist HealthCare Shady Grove Medical Center. In addition to being easy to make, you can use a fun mold to make your favorite designs!
2 ½ cups of full fat plain yogurt
3 ½ tablespoons of raw sugar
2 ½ cups of mashed raspberries
1. Add raw sugar to the mashed raspberries. Set aside for 10 minutes.
2. Combine the yogurt with the raspberry mixture.
3. Evenly divide the mixture into an ice tray.
4. Place in your freezer until solid, which is about 5 hours.
5. Enjoy!
