Strawberry and chia

Strawberry Flax and Chia Blend Pudding

Make this flax and chia seed pudding the night before and chill overnight in the fridge. In the morning you'll have a protein packed breakfast. 


  • 2 tbsp Chia seed
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries


  1. Stir Flax, Chia and almond milk in a glass container and let chill in fridge for at least two hours.
  2. When set, layer strawberries and pudding in a small glass or jar as pictured.
  3. Enjoy!

Note: You can substitute the strawberries for any other berries of choice (blueberries, raspberries, black berries) or cherries. You can also use a different type of non-dairy milk (soy milk, coconut milk, hemp milk, cashew milk, oat milk), a Kefir or probiotic yogurt drink.
