- Stir Flax, Chia and almond milk in a glass container and let chill in fridge for at least two hours.
- When set, layer strawberries and pudding in a small glass or jar as pictured.
- Enjoy!
Note: You can substitute the strawberries for any other berries of choice (blueberries, raspberries, black berries) or cherries. You can also use a different type of non-dairy milk (soy milk, coconut milk, hemp milk, cashew milk, oat milk), a Kefir or probiotic yogurt drink.
