Ingredients

  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • ½ cup of any nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup of your choice of granola

Instructions

  1. Place the sliced strawberries and sugar in a small bowl. Set them aside for about five minutes until the berries start to release juice.

  2. Layer the yogurt in your jar or cup.

  3. Add the sliced strawberries.

  4. Top with granola and enjoy!
