Ingredients
- 1 watermelon, cubed
- 1 bunch basil leaves
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 12 oz. block of feta, cubed
- 1 cucumber (in half moons)
- Balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Cut up the watermelon, onion, cucumber and feta.
- Assemble the skewers by layering watermelon, basil, red onion, feta and cucumber.
- Place the skewers onto a serving platter and drizzle balsamic glaze.
- Serve and enjoy!
