When you need an Imaging appointment, please call the scheduling phone number and a team member will be happy to help you find the most convenient appointment available that meets your needs. Be sure to have your insurance card and physician order or referral available when calling to schedule. This will ensure your appointment is scheduled without delay.
What to Bring to Your Appointment
In order for your appointment to run smoothly, please bring the following items to your appointment. If you don’t have the necessary information, your appointment time could be delayed.

Visitor Safety Policies
Anyone who comes with you to the imaging center will need to stay in our waiting room during your appointment. This policy protects your safety and privacy and the safety of your friend or loved one. Unless accompanied by another adult, please do not bring children under 10 to the imaging center.
