How to Schedule an Appointment
When you need an Imaging appointment, please call the scheduling phone number and a team member will be happy to help you find the most convenient appointment available that meets your needs. Be sure to have your insurance card and physician order or referral available when calling to schedule. This will ensure your appointment is scheduled without delay.
What to Bring to Your Appointment
In order for your appointment to run smoothly, please bring the following items to your appointment. If you don’t have the necessary information, your appointment time could be delayed.
- Insurance cards
- Referral or order from your physician
- Any scans or reports from outside of Adventist HealthCare, if needed
Directions & Parking
You can find us conveniently located next to Adventist HealthCare Shady Grove Medical Center. Parking is available in front of the Aquilino Cancer Center, as well as in the visitor lots near the main entrance of the hospital.
Public Transportation
Plan your trip to the imaging center using public transportation on the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) website.
Waiting Room & Visitor Rules
If a friend or loved one comes with you to the imaging center, they will need to stay in our waiting room during your appointment. This policy protects the safety and privacy of you and your loved one or friend. Unless accompanied by another adult, please do not bring children under 10 to the imaging center.
