
Costin Jordache Named SVP of Strategy & Brand for Adventist HealthCare
New Position Reflects System’s Commitment to Innovation within its Vision 2030 Strategic Plan
Gaithersburg, MD – To drive the implementation of Adventist HealthCare’s Vision 2030 strategic plan and strengthen the health system’s position in a dynamic and highly competitive healthcare industry, Costin Jordache has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Strategy & Brand.
In his expanded role, Costin will oversee the development of a comprehensive patient journey, innovation planning and a digital health strategy anchored in the organization’s Vision 2030 goals and aligned with a comprehensive brand strategy.
Bringing more than 25 years of experience in non-profit organizational leadership, strategic planning and communications and brand management, Costin joined Adventist HealthCare in 2020 as the Vice President of Public Relations & Marketing. Costin led an active team that continues to promote and protect Adventist HealthCare’s brand and standing in the community. Additionally, Costin drove internal communication improvement measures to support the approximately 10,000 team members throughout the system. In 2022, Costin was tapped to also oversee strategic planning as Vice President of System Strategy and Brand Development where he played a crucial role in leading the development of a new Vision statement and six-year Vision 2030 strategic plan, including the creation of 13 integrated entity and service line strategy maps.
