Adventist HealthCare Patient and Family Advisory Councils (PFACs) seek volunteers to guide our world-class patient care.

Want to Give Input on How to Improve Care?

Consider serving on one of our Advisory Councils, which helps guide improvements to the patient and family experience at our hospitals and other care sites. We are looking for people who share our commitment to world-class healthcare. Current and former patients and their family members meet regularly with our hospital leadership and team members to give personal input on policies and programs.

Our councils are looking for patients and family members who represent a variety of experiences and backgrounds. Candidates should be willing to speak freely but constructively about both positive and negative experiences.

Your Participation

If selected, council members must:

• Attend a set number of scheduled meetings per year, as determined by the hospital or care facility you serve.
• Agree to the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA) and sign a confidentiality agreement.
