Bariatric Surgery

MBSAQIP Accredited Bariatric Surgery Center

More than two-thirds of American adults are overweight or obese. At Adventist HealthCare Shady Grove Medical Center, we believe bariatric surgery isn’t about fitting into a particular size. It’s about improving health and creating a new way of life. Obesity is the number one cause of preventable deaths in the United States. Our Bariatric Surgery program works to offer new hope to many who struggle with weight loss.
