At Adventist HealthCare, accessibility is embedded in all we do. That’s why our organization is committed to ensuring all people, including those with disabilities, can access and interact with our website.

We continually improve our website by applying relevant accessibility standards and listening to your feedback.

• Meet conformance with the accessibility standards used

Conformance Status

To improve accessibility for people with disabilities, the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) sets Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) for web designers and developers. It also defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

Current Conformance Status

• Partially conformant - Some parts of the site's content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

We continually evaluate ways to improve accessibility and meet our goal of WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance. Some pages do not fully conform to this goal today, but we are actively working to address these limitations.

Despite our best efforts users may experience some issues. This is a description of known accessibility issues. Please contact us if you observe an issue that is not listed.

• Videos - Some of our videos may be missing closed captions, audio descriptions or have other accessibility related issues that we are actively working to remediate.
• Documents - Some documents, in file formats such as PDF, may have various accessibility related issues that we are actively working to remediate.
